What do I need to become a MARATHONCODE customer?

To become a MARATHONCODE customer you need to have your own business and open a trade account. There is a first order minimum value requirement of €3000.

How do I open a trade account?

To open a trade account please leave all your details on the contact us form, a representative will contact you shortly. Once we have confirmed your details we will contact you to discuss further. Unfortunately we cannot supply to customers who do not have a trade account.

Is there a minimum order value?

MARATHONCODE only supply to trade accounts. All orders are subject to a minimum order value of €3000.

How can I pay for my orders?

When you apply for a MARATHONCODE trade account you will be informed on acceptance if you qualify for credit terms. Customers with credit terms will be invoiced for their order on receipt of goods. Customers without credit terms set up will be required to pay upfront.

How do I receive order confirmation?

On completion of your order you will receive an email acknowledging and confirming the successful submission of your order.

What if some of the items are unavailable?

We cannot guarantee items will always be in stock. Please check the back-in-stock forms for arrival of your requested items. If an order is placed for an item that cannot be fully fulfilled we will immediately credit your account with the shortage and contact you to agree how to reimburse the difference between what you paid and the actual cost.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If received before 1pm (GMT) orders are dispatched the same working day. For larger orders it may take longer but if you require urgent delivery please contact our Customer Team and we will do our best to help you. Please note that at busy periods (from September-December) orders may take slightly longer to deliver.

What are your delivery charges?

The shipping cost of your order is calculated by combining the following three factors:

  1. the total weight of the items
  2. your selected shipping method
  3. the country to which your order will be shipped

Can I return goods?

We make every effort to ensure that the products you receive are in excellent condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged please contact the Customer Team by phone upon receipt of the order. We do not accept orders on a sale or return basis.

Do you supply testers?

MARATHONCODE doesn’t supply testers free of charge.

What if you haven’t got what I require?

New stock arrives daily but MARATHONCODE does not operate a back order system. Orders placed for items out of stock will be delivered short and classified as complete. If you wish to receive a weekly email of new arrivals please inform our Sales Team and this will be arranged.
